CONNECT Allen County
CONNECT Allen County is a “one-stop shop” community access center helping youth, families and individuals get information on the resources and supports that are available—and how to access them. We want to speed up the process of you or your family getting the mental and emotional health, physical health and basic support that you need. When you make contact with CONNECT Allen County, either in-person or on the phone, you will be met by a staff whose first priority is helping you navigate systems.

Literacy Alliance
The Literacy Alliance works with adults to improve their literacy skills in various ways: obtain a high school equivalency diploma (HSE), improve English language efficiency, and assist area employers by providing on-site instruction to help employees improve their skills. When individuals succeed in these areas, employers will benefit by having more qualified applicants for their open jobs.
ASPIN Health Navigator
ASPIN offers access to clinical providers in over 50 locations throughout the state of Indiana. The ASPIN Behavioral Health Clinical Network maintains CARF accreditation under the Business and Services Management Network accreditation standards. The Behavioral Health Clinical Network is also a certified Managed Care Provider (MCP) for the State of Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction.
